Females and males – we are different, but the same. We want to be stronger and fitter, but we may not (especially females) want to get bigger.
As it turns out, I also want to get stronger, not bigger, because bigger is not better for my knees and hips or for rock climbing and mountaineering. So we have common interests when it comes to training.
